June 15th ~ Grand Tetons National Park ~

Joanne, Tim, Shirley at Jenny Lake
We simply drove around Grand Tetons National Park and into Jackson Hole today. Here is a sampling of my photos from our excursion.
We had actually entered the park late in the evening, so did not capture Shirley touching her toes on the way in – but – when we departed a couple days later we tried to find the sign and somehow missed it. Soooo, I selected the Rockefeller sign which is on the entrance road between Grand Tetons and Yellowstone (our next stop).

We missed the sign for Grand Tetons, but this is close…

GRATITUDE MOMENT: Today I am grateful that we can have a wonderful time, simply driving from one spot to another, gaze upon spectacular settings, and know that all is right with our world.
Spectacular scenery there! If I were you Joanne, I would deliberately avoid the news on your trips, whether you have Internet or not. I wish I had the willpower to do that…

Did you get a chance to try some of the fresh baked Granola or beads in Jackson Hole? They’re delicious! I went with my family to Jackson Hole and the Teton national Park several years ago. To this day, that’s still one of my favorite trips. It’s so beautiful out there ❤

No, we did not get any granola or bread in Jackson Hole but had a wonderful lunch at Local Restaurant. And yes, it is quite spectacular there.
