“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sailaway from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” ~ Mark Twain
I got rid of my telly nearly 4 years ago, and it’s a western kind of luxury to relinquish. So right, about the little things to be grateful for. Especially in this big world of big stuff.
To truly appreciate seeing a homeless man smile, to glory in the beauty of a red sunset, to laugh at our silly feral cat who has now claimed us as her humans, and to enjoy spending time talking with friends. These are my simple moments that bring me such joy.
Great candid photo. Where is this?

Along the side of the road when we were driving from Tikal to Lanquin in Guatemala. This was taken one year ago.
