Panorama Route ~ Kruger NP to Johannesburg

Saturday January 24th ~ Just a beautiful drive along the Panorama Route

Along the Panorama Route

We knew that the majority of our time would be on the bus today, but what we did not know, was just how beautiful the scenery would be. With well planned stops along the way, the time passed by nicely.

Here is a map that shows the route from our overnight city of Hazyview, just outside the boundary of Kruger National Park.

I just returned from two weeks in Cozumel, Mexico, where I took a bit of break from my computer, so I’ve enjoyed catching up with your trip this morning. What adventuresome and appreciative travelers the two of you are. It’s a pleasure to travel with you.

    • Hello Charleen and Ed! How nice to hear from you. Wasn’t that a wonderful trip! Tim and I flew back into Los Angeles yesterday. I have a couple of weeks left to write about our time in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana to get all caught up. Thanks so much for checking out our blog.

I really like the pictures of the vervet monkey (he seems to be in deep thinking), the Bourke’s luck holes (resembling some place in the southwest of the US, but with the added intricate holes and water), the unknown flower, and God’s window. Thanks for sharing.
