Gratitude Moment: Today I am grateful for our police force. Many of our men and women in blue have been bashed in the media lately. Some may be justified, however, I appreciate that every day these brave people put on a uniform, leave home and face an unknown adversary. They far too often put their own lives on the line in order to “serve and protect”. My belief is that there are MANY GOOD COPS who routinely make a difference in the lives of others. Thank You!

We were in Istanbul and saw the Blue Mosque about five years ago. Breathtaking, and the whole trip was one of our absolute favorites.

I really loved Istanbul, but seeing the other places/cities of Turkey was amazing as well.

I hope you do get there this year. Istanbul has so much to offer, but that is really just the tip of the iceberg – the rest of Turkey is pretty awesome too!
